Rental hours are from dawn until dusk. You may pick up your vehicle(s) the night before your reservation to get an earlier start to your adventure the following day for an additional charge of $50.
A deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit is 50% of the total price including tax. If you fail to cancel your reservation within the allotted time of the Reservation Cancellation Policy, you will not receive a refund for the deposit.
Please notify High Altitude Adventures within seven days of your reservation if you wish to cancel a reservation for a full refund of your deposit. If you don't let High Altitude Adventures know of a cancelation more than seven days prior, you will forfeit your deposit.
High Altitude Adventures is a rain or shine operation. Bring rain gear; Some of the best adventures are in the rain and snow. All vehicles have a roof, half windshield or full windshield to help protect you from the elements.
Prior to your rental, you will annotate any existing damage on the vehicle's pre-ride checklist form. If a vehicle is damaged, you will be held liable for repairs and any labor costs associated with the restoration of the vehicle.
Your rental will come with a full tank of gas; a full tank will be more than sufficient to traverse the Alpine Loop. After your adventure is complete, stop by a local gas station to refuel, ensuring non-ethanol gas is used.
